“We have created a lot of our commercial property management work through the relationships we have built over the years,” said Esther Zimmerman. “We have done hardly any marketing. It’s been solely word of mouth, because we are reliable. We put out fires for property managers before they start. They always know they can depend on us, and we also protect their reputation.”

Mike Zimmerman’s role as owner is front and center.

“I’m involved in every single project. As an owner, I wear a lot of hats. I’m on every job.”

“We have had the same crews for several years, and we don’t have any turnover,” said Mike Zimmerman.
