Beazer Homes traces its history to 17th century England, where founder George Beazer built his first home. The company began building in the U.S. more than 25 years ago and has since become one of the nation’s largest homebuilders. Floor plan flexibility with Choice Plans™

Each of Beazer’s communities offer not only style and substance, but flexibility for customers to personalize their home. The Beazer Design Studio features hundreds of design selections, and with the help of Beazer’s design team, customers can turn their house into the home they’ll always love. Additionally, Beazer offers Choice Plans™, flexible floor plans for homebuyers to customize primary living areas at no additional cost. Choice Plans allow changes to rooms like the kitchen, master bedroom, bathroom, or dining room to suit their individual lifestyles.

An Industry-Leading Mortgage Choice Program

Beazer Homes also leads the industry with their unique Mortgage Choice program. Mortgage Choice offers technology for buyers to compare multiple loan offers and choose the best lender.

“Everyone’s financial circumstances are unique. We built Mortgage Choice so homebuyers have access to multiple lenders with a variety of loan programs,” Bowser said.

Unlike other builders, Beazer doesn’t make a profit from a buyer’s loan. Instead, they incentivize buyers to compare two or more lenders to make sure they’re getting the lowest rates and fees available. To help get buyers started in the comparison process, Beazer identifies a handful of “Choice Lenders.” These lenders must maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher to be able to compete for customer business. Homebuyers can also compare loan offers from a lender of their choice.

In Myrtle Beach, Beazer offers communities in prominent locations along the coast.
