“For some people, it takes a long time to find what they’re looking for. Some people just don’t know, so I show them a variety of options. Others have an idea set in their mind, and they’ll search until they find exactly what they want. Some people find it instantly — they know it when they see it.” 

Roy has noticed that clients are starting to move away from the shades of gray and white that have dominated the countertop market for so long.

“We’re into the warmer colors now – some gold, things like that, or even with a touch of color. People in our area especially like blue, being so close to the beach.”
